First of all, I would like to thank Gee Bryant. I don't post much, but I compliment everybody in the group. I work 13 to 14 hours a day. I came home every night and did my workout and I also did a strict diet. No fruit. Nothing sweet. I love his X28 program and the family. Nothing but positive vibes. This is my first challenge. I started at 283 lbs. I weighed myself today I am at 259 lbs. All I can say is I'm ready for the next challenge and I want this. #NoDaysOff

When I came here on Day 1, I made a promise to myself that I will KICK DIABETES I IT'S ASS!!! When I look at these 2 pictures, I can't help but to cry tears of joy! My A1C was at 10.8 before I started and now I'm at 8.0. My sugar levels are so straight, I don't even need insulin right now!!! 7 years ago I found out I had diabetes when I was slipping into a coma. 7 Years later God has placed Gee Bryant in my path to guide me to better health. This only happen because I stopped with excuses, the sad songs and I stayed determined!
